Who Can Enroll
If you live within the area bounded by Wilshire and Santa Monica boulevards, Sepulveda Boulevard, and the Los Angeles Country Club, then your home school is Fairburn Avenue Elementary for TK through fifth grade. If your child will be five years old by September 1, then he or she is eligible to enroll in Kindergarten. Fairburn also has a Transitional Kindergarten (TK) class for children whose fifth birthdays fall between September 2 and December 2.

Enrollment Procedures - Fairburn Ave Elem Sch
- On Thursday, April 27th starting at 8:30am enrollments packets will be available to pick up in the Main Office. Please bring proof of residence to receive a packet.
- Sibling Registration is scheduled for Friday, April 28th , starting at 8:30am.
- Residential enrollment starts Monday, May 1.
- We will be opening the middle Ohio gate at 7:40am and potential applicants will be escorted to the Auditorium given a number and will be called to the main office to review the packet.
If accepted you will receive a welcome letter, that day, when all documents are provided, and the enrollment packet is filled out, which guarantees your spot here at Fairburn. Enrollment at Fairburn is a first come, first serve situation. Residents are not guaranteed enrollment.
